During first trimester of pregnancy, wanawake wengi wanapata hisia za kichefuchefu na kutapika ambayo inajulikana kama morning sickness. Despite its name Morning sickness, inaweza kutokea muda wowote ikiwa asubuhi, mchana au usiku. Kawaida inatokea week ya 6 ya ujauzito mpaka week ya 9 na inapotea around week ya 16 mpaka 18 lakini pia Morning sickness inajulikana kama afya nzuri wakati wa ujauzito pale unapopata kichefuchefu na kutapika ni ishara za ujauzito kukua vizuri.
WHAT CAUSES NAUSEA AND VOMITING DURING PREGNANCY ?
Kawaida hakuna anaejua kwa uhakika ni kitu gani kinasababisha kutapika katika ujauzito. Kwa hali ya kawaida hii inasababishwa na physical cahnges wakati wa ujauzito. Baadhi ya sababu zinazopelekea kutapika na kuhisi kichefuchefu ni hizi :-
ESTROGEN: Ni hormones ambao huongezeka kwa wingi in early pregnancy na kusababisha kuapika na kuhisi kichefuchefu mara kwa mara.
STRESS: Some of the researchers wamegundua kwamba kutapika na nausea wakati wa ujauzito inasababishwa na stress. And yeah it's true maana pale unapomaliza kutapika pia you become stressed.
WILL NAUSEA AFFECT THE BABY ?
Nausea haisababishi effect yoyote kwa afya mtoto. Kama weight yako haijaongezeka during first trimester sio tatizo as long as you're able to stay hydrated and can keep some food down. Kila ujauzito unapokua na appetite inarudi and you will start gaining weight.
Ikiwa kichefuchefu kinasababisha kupanguka kwa ratiba yako ya kula vyakula vyenye afya ( Balanced diet ), hakikisha unapata nutrients zote kwa kutumia prenatal vitamin.
