Mazoezi ya kila siku katika kipindi cha ujauzito ni muhimu kwa afya ya mama mjamzito ambayo humfanya awe mwepesi, ukuwaji mzuri wa mtoto tumboni na kuongeza nguvu wakati wakujifungua ambapo wanawake wengi hawajui waanzie wapi.
